Medication Assistance

Financial assistance is available for purchasing prescriptions for anti-seizure/anti-convulsant medications only. This assistance is limited to $125.00 annually, per person. Payment is made directly to the pharmacy, via credit card, for this assistance. Prescriptions must be valid and current; pharmacy must agree to accept payment over the phone. No other arrangements are available.
