Developmental Disabilities

Our Residential Services provide personalized, one-on-one support to help adults with developmental disabilities live safely and comfortably at home. From occasional check-ins to 24-hour monitored care, we tailor services to each person’s goals and independence level. Support includes daily living assistance, medical coordination, and encouragement to stay active in the community. We also serve as a provider agency for Ohio Shared Living caregivers, offering resources and guidance. Our staff build genuine relationships and become trusted companions who help each person thrive.
-
Our Adult Day Services create a welcoming space where adults with developmental disabilities can connect, grow, and belong. Participants build friendships through group activities, develop life skills with the support of compassionate staff, and take part in outings and volunteer opportunities that strengthen community ties. Safe daily transportation is provided, and programs run weekdays at our Maumee locations. Here, individuals discover new opportunities while finding joy in meaningful connections.
-
Vocational Services empower adults with developmental disabilities to gain skills, explore job interests, and work toward greater independence. Participants receive individualized support in building routines, communication, and workplace readiness. Opportunities include paid work crews, small business ventures, and employment training in areas such as cleaning, crafting, and customer service. With safe transportation and flexible options, our program helps each person grow in confidence while preparing for meaningful work and community involvement.

Managing finances can be overwhelming, especially for those receiving Social Security or SSI benefits. Our Money Management program offers caring, professional support to ensure bills are paid, budgets are maintained, and financial goals are met. Staff work closely with each individual to provide personalized budgeting, bill management, and financial education, including an 8-week money management class. With trusted oversight and compassionate guidance, individuals gain stability, protection, and the confidence to plan for the future.
